To place your Bids:

1.    Go to www.pcsudbury.org

2.    Click on Youth Gone South

3.    Scroll down to view the link: Click HERE to go to our online Auction Site

4.    Enter your USER Name
        Note: Password is case sensitive!

5.    Enter your Password

6.    Using the navigation on the left side of the screen, click on Bid on Items.

7.    To bid, select an item by clicking on the name of the item which is underlined.

8.    To bid, select an item and enter your bidder name (it will be a number this year) and the amount you want to bid. Please note minimum bids and incremental amounts.

9.    Click on submit Your Bid. The bids are captured in real time. You will be taken back to the view of all bid items to check your bid. It is possible that multiple people could bid at the same time. Check to make sure your bid is in the bid list. If you review the bid list and decide not to bid, press the exit button and no new bid will be recorded.

10. You can place new bids on any item until 8:00 PM on Monday.

Bidding Tips:

·              If you receive an error message, double check your bid against the minimum and increment amounts

·              Do not use the $ (dollar sign) when entering a bid.

Winners will be notified by email and arrangements will be made for the delivery or pick up of your items.
