Blessed are they who Mourn

Passage: John 3:1-3

Grief is a natural response to loss. It is emotional suffering which occurs when someone or something is lost to us. Most common causes for grief are the death of a loved one, divorce or a breakup. Grieving is important because when we do so we make space that is bound to the lost person, object or experience. This enables us to reinvest that energy that is lost to us in deep grief. How’s your grieving going?
